Shankar reports to court

Hi guys.Director Shankar known for his big films is now in the trouble as he wannted to appear in the court on August 7 th .Issue is all because of his film Kadhal where in Bhrath is a mechanic and Sandhya is a school student of St Josephs higher secondary school in Madurai, and it was eloped that it is real story.
The school management has filed in a case that it was told that the incident was a true one and has shown the name of the school in the film which might spoil the reputation of ths school.Also stated that they have shooted in the school premise without prior permission which is also a offense.The school management is asking for compensation of Rs 0 lacs for the issue and the cas is going on for a year. ahearing was held on the August 7 an Shankar and the director Balaji Sakthivel are asked to appear in person at the court.Hope the issue will be ok soon.Thanks for your time
